From a Sweet Little Girl to a Beautiful Young Lady!

My story with this family started over 18 years ago when I photographed some senior portraits for their family. Then, a little surprise came along the following year—a beautiful little girl was born, and I was blessed to photograph her during her first few years.

Eventually, their family moved a little farther away, so our sessions came to an end. That’s why I was so excited when her Grandma called this spring to book her Senior Portraits for the summer!

It was wonderful to see their family again after all these years and so much fun to capture her Senior Portraits. We planned a two-part session, beginning with her studio portraits in the morning and then meeting again for a beautiful evening outdoor session.

As I designed her album, I wanted to include a little surprise of my own. I went back through some of the portraits I had photographed of her as a little girl and included a few of those images in her Senior Album. It was such a sweet reminder of just how quickly the years go by.

We always had so much fun during her sessions when she was little, and getting to photograph her again at 17 was such a special full-circle moment. From that sweet little girl I photographed years ago to the beautiful young woman she is today—it was a joy to see her again and be part of this chapter of her story.
